  • A static voltage stabilizer-regulator block ensures protection against fluctuations in the electrical network voltage and compensates for voltage sags, undervoltage, and a significant portion of micro-cuts. It also protects equipment against permanent or temporary surges coming from the external line, while ensuring a very stable voltage for the equipment (+/- 1 to +/-3% depending on the configurations), thereby enhancing their lifespan.

  • The option to choose the nominal output voltage between 210 and 240V +/- 3% (voltage regulator function) is available.

  • An isolation transformer with an electrostatic shield is provided to protect against overvoltages caused by coupling phenomena and the flow of fault currents from the external network. Additionally, it safeguards the installation against overvoltages resulting from the neutral conductor being disconnected by the energy distributor.

  • A passive filter is included to block the third-order harmonics generated by LED lighting, single-phase frequency converters, as well as switch-mode power supplies that power most electronic equipment (desktop PCs, printers, screens, etc.).

  • A type 1+2 surge arrester is included for protection against transient switching surges and lightning strikes.
  • An LC filter is included to protect against high-frequency parasitic voltages from the ground network.

  • A magnetic-thermal circuit breaker is installed at the input and output of the equipment for protection against overcurrents.

  • A manual bypass switch for maintenance is included.

  • Automatic Bypass Contactor, which bypasses the regulator-stabilizer block automatically in case of internal failure, while keeping all the protections listed above active.

  • Intelligent differential protection relay with front-facing display of earth leakage current, for the protection of people and equipment against indirect contacts.

  • Output protection circuit breaker with automatic re-closing. This function can be crucial in cases such as pharmaceutical laboratories or bank branches that need to operate critical machinery during nights and weekends (automated systems, servers, ATMs, etc.). 7 out of 10 triggers are often due to transient phenomena (early rains, atmospheric disturbances, etc.) and do not require repair. So, all you need to do in these cases is to reset the differential protections.

  • RS485 communication port with Modbus protocol allows integration of the equipment into SCADA supervision systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), or energy management systems.

The insertion of the INTEGRAL® voltage stabilizer-regulator into the existing installation is quick and easy. Simply insert it between the main circuit breaker of the site (or the one at the point of protection) and the low-voltage main switchboard of the site (or the electrical panel of the section to be protected).

Grounding can be done directly on the existing mass earth network or with the help of a dedicated new earth pit.
